In order to request security documents from your vendors, you'll need to select "External Document Requests" in the Requests dropdown menu
From there select "Request Documents" to get started.
- Select one or more vendors that you'd like to request the documents from
- Select which documents you'd like to request
- Type a brief message that will be shared with your request
- Then hit the "Request Documents from Vendors" to request the documentation
They will receive an email, and a link to a portal where they can upload the documents. Those documents will then be saved directly to their vendor record.
You can check back on the status of your requests by returning to this screen at any time.
