# Slack Integration Overview

**Prerequisites:** A Conveyor Admin to install, plus approval from a Slack Admin.

## Overview

Conveyor's Slack integration lets your team get answers, add knowledge, and act on Trust Center activity without leaving Slack. Instead of opening Conveyor, you mention `@Conveyor` or run a `/conveyor` command right where your team already works.

## What You Can Do in Slack

### Answer Questions & Add Knowledge

* **[Add knowledge from Slack](add-curated-questions-answers)** — Turn a subject-matter expert's message into a curated Q\&A with a message shortcut or an emoji reaction.

### Trust Center in Slack

* **[Share your Trust Center](save-time-sharing-your-trust-center)** — Invite prospects and approve access requests directly from Slack.

## Get Started

1. Head to the **[Installation and upgrade instructions](installation-slack)** — installation takes a Conveyor Admin and a Slack Admin's approval.
