Description

After you've setup your (Knowledge Base), you can search those Questions and Answers directly from Slack. The search is performed by the same powerful search within the web application and the results of your search are only visible to the searcher.

Performing a search

  1. Run the following Conveyor command to search your Knowledge Base

    • /conveyor ask {search keywords or question}

  2. If that worked, you'll get a list of the question results with an option to view the answer of each question. If you're lost at any point with all the available commands, simply ping /conveyor help to get a helper list.
