Archiving Knowledge Base items
When you want to retire something from your Knowledge Base, use Conveyor's Archive feature.
You can archive individual Knowledge Base items by clicking the ellipsis next to the question, and clicking Archive Question and Answer.
You can bulk-archive more than one Knowledge Base item at a time by clicking the square next to "Question" to select all, then click Archive Answers on the bottom-left of your screen.
Archiving your entire Knowledge Base
You can archive your entire Knowledge Base via the overflow menu in the upper-right corner of your screen.
