When you need it: Your security team requires all emails to come from verified company domains, or you want consistent branding in all customer communications.
Slack Approvals for Trust Center Access
See and respond to Trust Center access requests directly from Slack.
When you need it: You want faster internal approval flows and better visibility into whoโs requesting access, without logging into Conveyor.
Bring-Your-Own-Auth
Skip the authentication step for visitors who are already logged into your web app.
When you need it: You want a fully seamless Trust Center experience embedded in your product.
Salesforce Integration

Do I need to set up these features?
Nope! These are all optional. Only use them if they solve a specific problem or business need.
Which features do most customers use?
Custom send-from email and localization are most common. The others are for specific use cases.
Can I set these up later?
Absolutely. Your Trust Center will work great without them. Add features as needs arise.
Will these slow down my Trust Center or make it harder to maintain?
No! Though we do recommend you only implement what you need to minimize complexity. Each feature is independent so feel free to pick and choose.
What if I'm not sure I need something?
Skip it for now. If the problem comes up later (customers asking for localization, security team flagging email domains), youโll know exactly what to implement.
