Note: When using the Conveyor Teams Bot, our integration provider Paragon will process the contents of the notifications and the data will flow through the Conveyor Teams Bot hosted in Azure in the USA. This data is processed in accordance with the agreements in place between our organizations.

Overview

This Bot brings updates about Conveyor workflows directly into Teams - allowing you and your team to quickly follow the status without opening Conveyor. This integration is ideal for teams who want to get notified about important updates to their Customer Trust workflows without needing to login to Conveyor. These updates include:

• New access requests
• New questionnaire imports
• Questionnaire status changes
• Questionnaire exports

Notifications from the bot include quick links to access the main Conveyor application and take further action.
