Your Knowledge Base is a collection of question-and-answer ("q&a") pairs. These q&a pairs serve multiple purposes:

  1. Q&A pairs can be made accessible to your customers via the Trust Center so they can self-serve answer their most common questions
  2. Q&A pairs are a source of knowledge for the ConveyorAI behind the Questionnaire Automation and help your internal teams respond to questionnaires faster.
