Knowledge Base
One of the key types of content in Conveyor are question-and-answer ("Q&A") pairs. These Q&A pairs are one of the sources of information for ConveyorAI, and they can be made accessible directly to customers via your Trust Center.
You can view and manage Q&A pairs via the Knowledge Base tab in the navigation:
Your Knowledge Base is organized into two sections:
- Curated Q&A's: This section is great for maintaining a tidy list of common questions. Curated Q&A's support maintenance actions like assigning owners and verification periods, and can be made visible to customers via your Trust Center. We suggest maintaining 200-400 curated Q&A pairs in this section; any more than that is unrealistic to keep up-to-date.
- Past answers: This section is populated automatically with every answer to every questionnaire question that you run through Conveyor. ConveyorAI will automatically mark some of these as "reusable" depending on whether you tweaked the AI-generated answer. This helps ConveyorAI dial in the perfect answers for future questionnaires. These questions do not support "maintenance," but you can always promote select answers to curated Q&A's.
