Getting customer feedback on your Trust Center
Your customers may occasionally search for content in your Trust Center and come up empty. Luckily, they can suggest content, which keeps you informed about how you can improve your Trust Center.
Only approved customers with a signed NDA can make suggestions
Only customers that have been approved to access the gated content of your Trust Center can make suggestions. Otherwise, people might make suggestions about content that you already have that is simply not available to them.
The Suggestion feature is displayed anytime approved customers use the Search feature:
Your customers will then be able to provide feedback via this modal:
Anyone in your organization who is subscribed to access request notifications will receive the feedback via email:
You can control who receives these notifications by editing "Access Request Notifications" in your Organization Preferences:
