Revoking a connection or individual user's access

In the event that you no longer want a connection or individual user to have access to your Portal, you can remove their access by doing the following.

Remove an entire connection

  • Locate the connection on the "Connections" tab.
  • Select "Remove access" from the table.

Removing an individual user

  • Locate the user on the "Individual Contacts" subtab of the Connections tab.
  • Click the utility menu button and select "Remove Access"

When a user’s access has been revoked, their Access Status will be set to "Access Removed"
