Customizing the send-from email address

Your portal visitors will receive some transactional emails (not marketing emails) to facilitate their visit. For example, visitors are required to verify their email address, which requires pasting in a code sent via email. By default, these transactional emails are sent from [email protected].

However, you can customize the send-from email address so that the sender appears more familiar to your customers and is more on-brand with your business, such as [email protected] or [email protected].
