Customizing the URL and going live

Before you go live with your Conveyor Trust Center, you may want to:

• Test the visitor experience. Read about how to test the visitor experience here
• Customize the URL of the Trust Center, like https://trust.lucid.co/, https://trust.productboard.com/, or https://trust.doit.com/. Please contact [email protected] to set up a custom URL.

Once your Trust Center is ready to be shared, flip the toggle Not yet published under the "Go Live" section of your Portal Designer. It will change to Published.

Discovering your public profile

If you would like your public profile to be discoverable or indexed through search engines like Google, we recommend you take the steps below:

• Link to your trust portal on your current website, which would result in it being crawled from that direction
• Directly submit the link for indexing

You can also use your own Google Search Console (or similar) to understand if and why the page isn’t showing up.
