Publishing Knowledge Base Questions And Answers To Your Room

In addition to being a great internal tool, you can actually publish portions of your Knowledge Base directly to your Room. Prospects and Customers that have access to your Room can then self serve answers to the security questions they have throughout the course of a vendor review.

When viewing the table of knowledge base questions, simply click "Publish to Profile"


A modal will appear asking you to confirm this action.


After publishing, you'll see the "Published to Profile" callout next to the question and answer pair. This lets you know that Rooms invitees will now be able to see that question and answer from your Room.
