Issuing pre-approved invitations

You can issue email invitations to your Trust Center that pre-approve the recipient. The two common ways to do this are via the Conveyor web app, and via Salesforce.

Issuing invitations from the Conveyor web app

On the Audience page under the Connections tab, click "Share" in the top right-hand corner:

In the window that opens, you can invite individually via email or in bulk by using comma-separated or newline-separated addresses.

Once you’ve finished inputting addresses, click "Send Invitations" and your users will receive an invite via email.

From Salesforce

Just as you can pre-approve and issue invitations from the Conveyor UI, you can also add a button to Salesforce that will pre-approve and issue an invitation to your customers. Head to Inviting from Salesforce, Managed Package button to learn more about this option.

The screen that appears can be customized to your organization's liking; for example, if you give this button to sales reps, you can restrict their ability to bypass the NDA or assign access groups.
