Subscribing to Trust Center updates
Your visitors can subscribe to your Trust Center to receive three kinds of updates.
- General Announcements
- Subprocessor Updates
- Updates to specific documents
As with all emails that are sent from Conveyor, you can customize the send-from email address so these emails are coming from, say, trust@yourco.com rather than support@conveyor.com (which is the default).

The "Subscribe" button on your Trust Center.
General Announcements
You can use the Announcements section of your Trust Center for any arbitrary update, such as compliance milestones, addressing vulnerabilities, or announcing new security features of your products.

Subprocessor updates
If you are using your Conveyor Trust Center to host your subprocessor list, you can broadcast changes to that subprocessor list (as required by the GDPR) via this same subscription feature:

Updates to specific documents
When you update a document, you can choose to notify any subscriber that has interacted with older versions of that document. This is great when, say, you have a new version of your SOC 2 Type II, and you want to let folks who've downloaded that last version that it's available.

When updating the file associated with an existing document, you can choose to notify subscribers.
