Trust Center Localization
If you serve a global audience with your Trust Center, you can enable foreign-language version of the Trust Center for them.
🎥 Here's a quick overview video! 🎥
The majority of your Trust Center content is translated for you to save you the effort of having to translate everything manually. There are two important exceptions:
- Documents: Documents are not automatically translated. That's because artifacts like your SOC 2 should come directly from your auditor, not from a translation tool. You can, however, upload localized versions of these documents (see below).
- NDA: NDAs are not automatically translated. You can, however, upload localized versions of your NDA.
Enabling different languages
To enable a localized version of your Trust Center, simply click the "Language" in the Trust Center Designer, then "Go Live" with any version you choose.

To get started, click on the Language in the upper right, and "Go Live" with any other languages.
Doing so will enable a Language Picker on the customer-facing view of your Trust Center:

We support many languages
If the language you want enabled is not listed in the dropdown, please contact your Customer Success Manager. It is likely we can enable it for you. We rely on Google Translate and Language Models to support our translations, and have access to many more translations than what is listed.
Localized documents
Because documents are not auto-translated, your English documents will be shown to users by default, unless you provide a "localized" alternative version of a given document. To add a localized version, click on "Edit" next to a document, then click the "Add Translation" button.

Click "Add Translation" to add a localized version of the document. That version will show up automatically on the respective version of your Trust Center.
NDA
By default, your English-language NDA is served to all customers. To add a localized version of your NDA, select the language from the drop down in the Trust Center Designer, then click "Manage NDA." That version of your NDA will be served to the respective visitors of your localized Trust Center.
