  • Notifying team members about work to be done (e.g., via Slack or Email)
  • Enabling customer-facing teams to self-serve knowledge or upload questionnaires (e.g., via Slack Overview or Salesforce)
  • Integrating external sources of knowledge (e.g., gated Confluence sites, or public websites like Zendesk help sites or marketing pages)
  • Relying on external NDAs for the Trust Center (via DocuSign)
  • Automating access to the Trust Center (via Salesforce )

Conveyor also supports developer-friendly methods of integrating into your environment, such as:

  • Analytics API: Endpoints for getting usage data out of Conveyor to put into your data warehouse or visualizations tools (Splunk, Tableau, etc.)
  • Portal API: Endpoints for automating access to your Conveyor Trust Center
  • Webhooks to connect with tools like Hubspot, Pipedrive, Monday.com, Dynamics365, or Microsoft Teams.
