Passwordless authentication
Time to complete: Standard functionality
Prerequisites: Your Trust Center is live and customers are receiving invitations
Passwordless authentication
Conveyor allows invitees to access your Trust Center without creating a username or password, reducing friction for users while maintaining security.
When someone logs in, Conveyor sends a temporary passcode to the email address they requested access with.
- The code is valid for 10 minutes
- It is sent from [email protected] (Unless you have customized the send-from email )
- If the code expires, users can simply request a new one
Every 30 days, Conveyor automatically requires users to verify their email again. This ensures that if someone leaves an organization, they’ll lose access naturally because they can no longer receive the passcode. Your team doesn’t need to manually manage individual user accounts.
Why it matters
✅ Removes friction for customers - no account creation required
✅ Keeps access secure over time
✅ Reduces admin overhead for your team
Common questions
