Enabling the Trust Center Agent

Overview

This page explains how to request access to the ConveyorAI Trust Center Agent, enable it in your Trust Center, and configure your brand accent color to control the Agent’s header top bar. Use this guide when you’re ready to turn on AI-powered Q&A and document retrieval for your visitors!


Request Access to the Agent

The Agent is currently in controlled availability to ensure compatibility with Trust Centers before launch. To request access:

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject line “Requesting ConveyorAI Trust Center Agent Access.”
  2. A Conveyor team member will confirm your eligibility and enable the Agent for your organization.

After access is granted, the feature is off by default until you explicitly enable it in Designer. This gives you flexibility to find the right time with your team to enable the new Agent experience.

  1. Once enabled, you’ll see a new ConveyorAI Configuration section within your Designer Trust Center Configurations. This section will contain settings for the AI Agent Chat experience as well as the Questionnaire Eliminator capability.

This panel lets admins configure ConveyorAI behavior, enable the Trust Center Agent, and edit required disclosure text for the Questionnaire Eliminator.

Enable the Agent in Designer

  1. Open Trust Center Designer
  2. Navigate to Designer → ConveyorAI Configuration
  3. Disable the Questionnaire Eliminator toggle (if currently enabled). The Agent replaces the Questionnaire Eliminator functionality and so must be disabled before you can enable the new Agent.
  4. Switch on Enable ConveyorAI Trust Center Agent.

Customize the Agent Top Bar Color

The Agent uses a new organization setting: primary color to style a new top bar. If no color is set, the top bar will default to 50% of your organization's selected accent color.

To update your primary color:

  1. Go to Organization Preferences → Brand Settings.
  2. Under Primary Color, enter a hex value or choose a color.
  3. Click Save.

Test the Experience

Once the Agent is enabled:

  1. Utilize the Trust Center Preview in Designer by navigating to preview in the left side navigation.
  2. Choose an authenticated permission type and click on the ConveyorAI button in the header to open the agent and test interactions.
  3. Validate that permissions and visibility are working as expected.

Use preview mode to test what the Trust Center Agent will show for different visitor types — by selecting a user segment, choosing an access group, or entering a specific user.



Common Questions

Q: Why don’t I see the Agent toggle in Designer?
A: Agent access must first be enabled by Support. Email [email protected].

Q: Can I run the Questionnaire Eliminator and the Agent at the same time?
A: No. The Agent replaces the Questionnaire Eliminator. You must disable it before enabling the Agent.

Q: What happens if no primary color is set?
A: The top bar will default to 50% of your organization's selected accent color.
