Technically yes, but it’s best to launch once you’ve uploaded your most commonly requested security documents. For example, a SOC 2 report, ISO 27001 certification, or core security policies.
Think: what do customers request from us the most during reviews?

- All items in Content are checked
- All items in Security & Access Control are checked
- Most items in Team & Notifications are checked
Don’t stress about perfection. The essentials are design, content, and security - refine the rest over time.
💡 Ask yourself: “Would a customer notice this?”
If yes → fix it. If no → handle it later.
What's next?
- Everything checked? Test your Trust Center.
- Missing critical items? Fix them first, then come back here.
