Featuring documents in your Trust Center

Featuring documents is a simple way to highlight key materials for visitors to your Trust Center. Featured documents appear prominently in a Featured Documents section, helping customers quickly find the most important content without needing to dig through your entire site.
How to feature a document
You can feature a document from the Documents tab in Conveyor:
- Hover over the document you want to feature and click the Edit icon.
- In the Update Document modal, scroll to Additional Options.
- Check Feature the title of this document.
- Click Save.

Open the document’s settings by clicking the Edit icon in the Documents tab.

Enable the 'Feature the title of this document' option to highlight it in your Trust Center.
What happens when you feature a document
- The document appears in the Featured Documents section of your Trust Center for approved visitors.
- Featured documents are visually highlighted, helping prospects quickly find key materials.
- You can feature or unfeature documents at any time without changing their access settings.

The Featured Documents section is filterable by product line, so featuring documents across products helps visitors find relevant content quickly.
Best practices
- Feature core compliance documents (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, Acceptable Use Policy) so visitors don’t have to search for them.
- Include one or two documents per product line if applicable. Visitors can filter the Featured Documents section by product, this ensures key materials are always visible.
- Keep the list short and focused. Too many featured documents can overwhelm visitors.
- Review featured documents periodically to make sure they’re still relevant and up to date.
Common questions
Does featuring a document change who can access it?
No. Featuring only affects its visibility in the Trust Center, not its access settings.
Can I feature a document that’s restricted to certain groups?
Yes. It will still appear in the featured section, but only to users who have permission to view it.
