You're almost there! π Your Trust Center is built. It's branded. NDAs and access groups are configured. Now it's time to test it, launch it, and start sharing with customers.
This section walks you through the complete launch process from pre-launch checks to your first customer invitations. By the end, you'll have a live Trust Center ready to support customer transparency and self-service.
The launch process (in order)
1. Pre-launch prep (15 minutes)
Make sure everything's ready before you test or share.

Test the full customer experience before going live.

4. Sharing with customers (ongoing)
Choose how to share your Trust Center based on your sales motion.

Manual Sharing
- Issuing Pre-Approved Invitations β Direct invites to specific contacts.
- Resending Invites β When customers need a reminder.
Self-Service
- Letting Visitors Request Access β Enable prospects to request access themselves.
- Bypassing the NDA β Grant access without NDA signature when appropriate.
Automated
- Auto-Approving via Salesforce β Automatic approval based on CRM data.
- Bring-Your-Own-Auth β Use your existing SSO/authentication.
5. Managing access (ongoing)
Once customers have access, manage connections over time.
- Connections Overview: View and manage all Trust Center access.
- Passwordless Authentication: How customers access your Trust Center.
- Auto-Expiring Access: Set time-based access limits.
- Revoking a Connection or Invite: Remove access when needed.
Common questions
Do I have to complete everything in this section before going live?
No. You can launch with just manual sharing and add automation later. Start simple and grow from there. But we don't recommend skipping testing!
What if I find issues during testing?
That's what testing is for! Go back to Design and setup or Security and access Control as needed. And reach out to support if you get stuck - we're here to help.
Can I change my sharing method after launching?
Yes. Start with one method (manual is easiest) and add others as needed.
What if customers can't access the Trust Center after I launch?
Check Trust Center troubleshooting for common causes.
How long until customers start accessing it?
This depends on your sharing method. Manual invites = immediate. Self-service = when they discover your link.
