🪄 Trust Center Agent overview

Time to complete: 3–5 minutes
Prerequisites: Trust Center enabled; Agent enabled for your tenant by Conveyor

Overview

The Trust Center Agent is an AI assistant that embeds ConveyorAI in your Trust Center. It helps visitors quickly find and download security documentation, get cited answers to due-diligence questions, and self-serve their security questionnaires. All while honoring your existing NDA and access permission rules.

What the Agent Does

  • Answers questions with citations: Summarizes from your Trust Center content and shows source references and related documentation.
  • Finds and retrieves documents: Searches by file name, title, or content (e.g., SOC 2 Type II 2025, data flow diagram) to enable quick and easy customer self-service.
  • Bundles multiple documents: Multiple documents can be searched for and returned at once and then bundled into a ZIP file for easy retrieval.
  • Proactively supports users: Reads customer access requests and preemptively pulls documents or answers questions that were asked in these requests to speed up review.
  • Respects gating: Enforces customer authentication, NDA, Access Groups, and document-level permissions.

Coming Soon

  • Completes customer questionnaires: Allows customers to upload their security questionnaire and receive a draft of all matched responses with cited sources and reference links to your Trust Center.
  • Bulk question answering: Lets users paste questions into the agent in bulk and receive an export of answers.
  • Localization: To enable the agent to communicate with your customers in their native language and return the documents uploaded associated with the selected language of your Trust Center.
  • Reporting: Updates to in-application reporting and logging to show agent usage and customer interactions.
Currently, reporting is available from Conveyor ad hoc for visibility into usage.
  • Administration: Additional agent controls for verbosity disclaimer text.
  • Integrations: With Slack and CRM systems to ensure visibility

How It Works

  1. Visitor verifies their identity.
  2. If required, visitor signs the NDA.
  3. Visitor asks a question or requests documents.
  4. The Agent searches only allowed content, returning cited answers and documents.
  5. Visitor reviews answers and can click Download Sources to receive a ZIP bundle of all returned documents and source materials.
  6. Event logs capture interaction data for tracking and reporting.
Trust Center page for “MediaCore” showing an authenticated user interacting with the Trust Center Agent. The right-side Trust Center Agent panel is open with a visitor asking, “Can you tell me if MediaCore uses single sign on?” The Agent responds with a sourced answer and a “View Sources” section displaying two citations and a “Download Sources” button.

The Trust Center Agent appears as a right-side panel where visitors can ask questions, see cited answers, and download the referenced sources.

Security & Compliance

  • No gated content leakage: Respects all existing Conveyor permissions like Access Groups and document-level permissions in answers and citations.
  • Requires authentication: For security, customers will be required to log in to your Trust Center before getting access to the Agent.
  • NDA enforcement: Visitors must complete NDA before agent is available for interaction to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Audit Capabilities: Interaction logs support review of answer quality and retrieval relevance as well as tracking customer use and adoption.
