There’s no separate setup for ConveyorAI; it works automatically once you start using the product. Follow these steps to begin:

  1. Upload your docs and knowledge: Add your key documents and curated Q&A pairs so the AI has good material to work with. See the Quick Start: Questionnaire Automation for details.
  2. Create your Trust Center: Design your customer portal, add your most‑shared docs, and publish it. The AI powers the search and self‑serve questionnaire features. Use the Quick Start: Trust Center to set it up.
  3. Set up integrations: Try the browser extension to auto‑populate forms in OneTrust and similar portals, and add the Slack integration to answer ad‑hoc questions directly.
