What's a Trust Center, anyway?

Your Trust Center is where prospects and customers go to find answers to their security questions - without bugging your team. Think of it as your security documentation's public face: certifications, policies, answers to common questions, all in one branded hub.

The goal? Speed up deals by giving buyers what they need, when they need it. (And yes, it actually works! Customers report spending 91% less time on questionnaires and closing deals 5 days faster with Trust Centers.)

This section covers the foundational setup: designing your layout, deciding what's public vs. gated, getting your custom URL up and running, and making sure everything looks right before you hit publish.

Do I need to add content before I set this up?
Nope! You can design the structure first, then add documents and Q&As later. In fact, that's often easier since you'll know exactly where everything goes.

Can I change this later?
Absolutely. Your Trust Center isn't set in stone. Update the design, swap out sections, change your URL, whatever you need.
