How ConveyorAI Answers Questions
Overview
ConveyorAI drafts answers to questionnaire questions by matching each question against your in-scope sources, including curated Q&As, past questionnaires, external links, and documents, to find the most relevant content. It then answers everything it can, flagging any questions where confidence is lower or source material is conflicting.

Understanding answer statuses
ConveyorAI may return answers in one of several statuses. These status give you an idea how confident ConveyorAI is in the answers that it has provided, or whether the answer has been approved by a team member.
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
 Unanswered | ConveyorAI could not find enough relevant content to create an answer. You or a member of a team will need to manually provide an answer, which will be remembered in the future. |
 Flagged | ConveyorAI generated an answer but marked it for review due to low confidence or partial match. Prioritize reviewing these answers first. |
 Answered | ConveyorAI drafted an answer from your in-scope sources. It has relatively high confidence in the answer, but each may need a quick spot check. |
 Ready to Approve | ConveyorAI found an exact match from your Content Library that is ready for you to quickly approve. |
 Approved | The answer has been reviewed and formally approved by a member of the team. No further action is required. |
Understanding the ConveyorAI Layout
When ConveyorAI is confident enough in the matches found in your library, it will draft a proposed answer to the question. Each answer includes a Sources panel showing exactly where ConveyorAI found the information.
Hover or click on the answer to view the supporting Content Library sources that informed the draft.
This transparency makes it easy for reviewers to validate AI responses and maintain compliance with internal review standards.
