We're working with our email provider to resolve email deliverability issues that are impacting a handful of users.
We've completed a review of our vendors. All vendors, who directly interact with customer data have responded to our inquires. They’ve confirmed their systems are either unaffected or have been patched. For vendors who run Log4J, their investigation indicate that no exposure of Conveyor data or Conveyor's customer data.
Should we identify at a later date, that customer data was exposed through a vendor, we will reach out to impacted customers with additional details.
We are aware of reports of outages or degradations at several large internet infrastructure providers.
Our production systems are currently NOT affected by these outages.
We are continuing to monitor the situation. We will update this status page if we become impacted by these outages.
AWS is reporting this issue has been resolved. We're continuing to monitor, but have not seen any impact to our production systems as a result of this outage.
Conveyor does not use Log4J internally, so our code bases have not been impacted by CVE-2021-44228.
We’re working with our sub-vendors to understand if they were impacted by this vulnerability.
Update: December 14th, 2021 - CVE-2021-45046
On December 14th, 2021, a vulnerability was identified in the code to fix CVE-2021-44228. Since we were not impacted by the original issue, we are also not impacted by this follow on issue.
