Closed - Feb. 3 , 2023 - Email Deliverability Issues

We're working with our email provider to resolve email deliverability issues.

Update: 2/3/23 1:48 PM ET - Our vendor has indicated this issue is resolved, and we have confirmed email is being delivered within expected time ranges. We apologize for the disruption here and are actively working on a long term solution.

Update: 2/3/23 1:33 PM ET - We are seeing emails being processed in around 5 minutes. We are still tracking the situation and anticipate delivery times to continue to improve.

Update: 2/3/23 12:25 PM ET - Emails are still delayed and taking up to 30 minutes to arrive. We have increased the expiration on tokens to 1 hour to allow users who get delayed one time passwords to still login. We will revert to 20 minute expiration after this incident is resolved.

Update: 2/3/23 10:23 AM ET - Our email provider has let us know that the outbound sending delays. We are investigating the situation and working to identify a solution.

Closed - December 16th, 2022 - Email Deliverability Issues

Update: 12/17/22 10:41 AM ET - Sending queues have cleared and all mail is sending as expected. Thanks for your patience and apologies for the issue. We will continue to monitor the situation and work to avoid such issues in the future.

Update: 12/17/22 10:00 AM ET - While some old mail is still working through the queue, any new requests are going quickly. If you need a new code or are waiting on an invite, re-requesting should get you back in. Thanks for your patience while we worked through this. We are implementing measures to better prepare for this in the future.

Update: 12/17/22 2:00 AM ET - Our logs indicate that emails from our queue have begun to be delivered.

Update: 12/16/22 8:08 PM ET - Our vendor has indicated that there is still unfortunately delays with processing emails. This is only impact a specific class of users, and we are taking measures to support users as best we can while the issues is resolved. Update: 12/16/22 1:31 PM ET - Our email provider has let us know that the outbound sending delay is a result of issues at a third party hosting provider. We are monitoring the situation, will contact impacted users and are implementing workarounds as needed.

Closed - 5:30 PM ET, December 5th, 2022 - Public Profiles - Outage

Update: 5:57pm ET. Profiles have recovered and are working as expected.

We've identified an issue with public profiles that are causing an outage. We're publishing a fix that we estimate to be live by 6pm ET.

November 3rd, 2022 - Public Profiles - Intermittent outages on custom domains

We're seeing intermittent outages for public profiles hosted on custom domains (e.g. trust.conveyor.com) that our recovery mechanism is not properly handling. We're currently investigating the root cause.

While we investigate, we're manually monitoring and recovering the impacted service.

Update: 11/3/22 12:25 PM ET - We're seeing services operating normally after manually restarting a problematic service. We're still investigating the root cause of the issue to identify how to fix it in the future.

We're working with our email provider to resolve email deliverability issues.

January 8th, 2022 - Email Deliverability Issues

We're working with our email provider to resolve email deliverability issues that are impacting a handful of users.

[Informational] December 16th, 2021 - Log4J - CVE-2021-44228 and CVE-2021-45046

We've completed a review of our vendors. All vendors, who directly interact with customer data have responded to our inquires. They’ve confirmed their systems are either unaffected or have been patched. For vendors who run Log4J, their investigation indicate that no exposure of Conveyor data or Conveyor's customer data.

Should we identify at a later date, that customer data was exposed through a vendor, we will reach out to impacted customers with additional details.

[Informational] December 15th, 2021 - Reports of Infrastructure Outages Across Provides

We are aware of reports of outages or degradations at several large internet infrastructure providers.

Our production systems are currently NOT affected by these outages.

We are continuing to monitor the situation. We will update this status page if we become impacted by these outages.

Update

AWS is reporting this issue has been resolved. We're continuing to monitor, but have not seen any impact to our production systems as a result of this outage.

December 13th, 2021 - Log4J - CVE-2021-44228 and CVE-2021-45046

Conveyor does not use Log4J internally, so our code bases have not been impacted by CVE-2021-44228.

We’re working with our sub-vendors to understand if they were impacted by this vulnerability.

Update: December 14th, 2021 - CVE-2021-45046

On December 14th, 2021, a vulnerability was identified in the code to fix CVE-2021-44228. Since we were not impacted by the original issue, we are also not impacted by this follow on issue.
